Sydney Welter (she/her) is an energy policy expert based in Boulder, Colorado, working on Western wholesale electricity markets. She is also a member of the Colorado Working Families Party State Committee for CO-2 and a Boulder County Democratic Party Precinct Organizer.
Sydney is originally from Columbus, Ohio, and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a bachelor’s degree in environmental earth sciences.
